Accessing your Patient's Images

If your patient has already had their scans at one of our Wide Bay Nuclear Medicine clinic’s, you can access their images using the instructions and link below.  Please note that from 24th March 2026 Wide Bay Nuclear Medicine will be transitioning our online image access to InteleViewer.  All images prior to 24th March will be accessible via your original Contrast Viewer link and all images post 24th March can be accessed via InteleViewer.

Instructions

Login using the username and password provided to you by Wide Bay Nuclear Medicine. Please speak to our staff if you do not already have login details.

Select SEARCH then:

  • PATIENT NAME:  [Last Name, First Name]
  • DATE OF BIRTH:  [Change as appropriate]
  • MODALITY:  [Can be left Blank]
  • STUDY DATE:  [Change to include the dates you are searching for]
  • Select SEARCH again, and your patient’s information will be listed.
  • Click on the relevant study and your patient’s images will open. This may take a few minutes depending on the strength of your internet connection.

Images & Report Delivery

Access your patient’s reports quickly and securely through Wide Bay Nuclear Medicine’s online portal. If you’re new to our services, we offer multiple ways to access patient images and reports log in here.

Advanced Diagnostic Viewer

InteleViewer is a high-speed diagnostic viewing software designed for seamless performance across all devices and network connections. Installing this software on your desktop ensures access to advanced imaging tools and features.

If you don’t already have a Wide Bay Nuclear Medicine account, you’ll need to register with InteleConnect. Registration does not instantly activate your account; an administrator will verify your details and notify you when it’s ready.

Real-Time Viewing Platform

InteleConnect EV offers a simple, browser-based way to view diagnostic images and reports from any device. Unlike InteleViewer, this option doesn’t require software installation, making it a flexible and accessible choice.

Wide Bay Nuclear Medicine is pleased to announce that from 24th March 2026, we will be transitioning our online image access to Inteleviewer.

Wide Bay Nuclear Medicine has recently come under the Carlisle Health umbrella, and as part of this integration, our system is being aligned with the broader Carlisle Health network. All Carlisle Health Radiology clinics operate within one unified instance of InteleViewer, providing a streamlined and consistent experience for referrers accessing patient reports and images.

You may already be using InteleViewer within our network, particularly if you access images from Bayside Radiology or Bundaberg Radiology. If you already hold an InteleViewer account with any Carlisle Health Radiology clinic, your existing login details will automatically grant you access to Wide Bay Nuclear Medicine patients once the transition occurs.

As Carlisle Health Radiology brands operate within a single InteleViewer environment, this means:

  • One username and password provides access to patient reports and images across all Carlisle Health Radiology clinics
  • If you have an account with one Carlisle Health practice, you have access to all of them.
  • If you reset (or we reset) your InteleViewer password through any Carlisle Health brand, the new password will automatically apply across the entire network.
  • Using old login credentials after a password reset may result in login errors across other Carlisle Health sites.

To minimise disruption to your workflow, passwords are set to never expire.

Your account can therefore be used across all 27+ Carlisle Health Radiology clinics, as our systems have been unified into a single InteleViewer instance.
