Wide Bay Nuclear Medicine offers secure and convenient access to your diagnostic images and reports following your appointment. We are committed to protecting your personal health information while ensuring you can access your results easily when needed.
After your visit, our team will provide instructions on how to access your results via our secure online patient portal. This platform allows you to safely view your images and reports from most computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
In many cases, your images will be available on the same day as your scan. Radiologist reports are generally finalised and uploaded within 7–14 days, depending on the type and complexity of the examination.

Who created my account?
Your Patient Portal account is set up by our reception team. Once created, you will receive an email with an activation link and code.
How do I activate my account?
Follow the instructions in your activation email. Visit the Patient Portal link provided, enter your activation code, and create your username and password.
How can I change my password?
Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page and follow the prompts to create a new password.
What if I forget my username?
Your username will be included in the password recovery email sent to you.
What if I forget my password?
Select “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the steps to receive a temporary password, which you can use to log in and update your details.
How can I delete my account?

How can I update my personal information?
For any updates to your personal details, please contact our clinic and our team will assist you.
How can I access my reports?
Reports can be found in the “My Exam History” section. Select your exam to view the associated report and images.
Can I download my reports?
Reports are not currently available for direct download, however you can print them or copy the content from your browser if required.
Why can’t I see my report?
Reports are typically available within 7 days of your examination. If your report is delayed, please contact us for assistance.
How can I access my images?
Images are available in the “My Exam History” section. Select an exam to open the image viewer, where you can enlarge, pan, and zoom.
Can I download my images?
Yes, images can be downloaded. Simply open the image viewer and select the Download option.
What actions can I perform on an image?
You can zoom in and out, pan across images, scroll through image series, and use touch gestures such as pinch-to-zoom on mobile devices.
I submitted my Patient Portal registration form but haven’t received an email. What should I do?
Some email providers may filter or block automated emails. Please check your spam or junk folder first.
If you still haven’t received anything, your activation code may be sent manually from an alternate email address. Once received, please complete your registration by verifying your identity using the link below:
